I photographed a gorgeous couple back in 2008 for their wedding and since then have gotten to photograph their growing family.  They live in South Lake Tahoe and since my family was vacationing there over Spring break, I finally got to photograph them in their home town - YES!  It really is crazy to see the water loss and lack of snow up there, but Lake Tahoe never disappoints.  I can't wait to reveal their images to them his week.

70th Birthday Celebration - Carmichael, Ca | Ginger Marie Photography

I had the pleasure of photographing a fun Carmichael family who was celebrating their father's 70th birthday. Often times we don't stop to make a fuss over milestones like birthdays. Why not? It was a great reminder of the fun that can be had by gathering all of your friends and family around you and celebrating life. An even better idea was to have family portraits taken right before. This was the first time in a while to have portraits taken for this family, outside of a wedding, and I loved wrapping up their gorgeous prints knowing that they will be displayed on their walls and in their homes for years.
